The fatal accident occurred on the BR-369 road between Ibipora and Jataizinho, when Andre, riding his motorcycle, collided head-on with a 17-year-old driver who was behind the wheel without a license. The young driver, who had taken his parents’ car without permission, was out for a joyride with two passengers, aged 15 and 17.
